Payment methods

The customer undertakes to pay for the ordered products together with the delivery costs according to one of the following payment methods:

 

  1. Payment via bank transaction

Have you chosen classic bank payment? After completing the order, you will receive by e-mail all the necessary information for payment to our bank account. Your order will be confirmed and processed as soon as we receive payment.

Important information:

  • In the reference number, enter your order number (given in the order confirmation e-mail) so that we can connect the payment with your order as quickly as possible.
  • The standard transfer time between banks is 1-2 working days, depending on the bank and the type of transaction.
  • If we do not receive payment within three days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

 

  1. Cash on delivery

This option is available exclusively for orders within Croatia. You will pay your order in cash to the courier when you pick up the package.

Note:

  • When collecting, please prepare the exact amount as the courier may not be able to refund the balance.
  • Cash on delivery includes the additional service of the courier service, the costs of which are calculated when ordering and are clearly highlighted in your shopping cart.

  

  1. Card payment through the Stripe platform

For the fastest and most secure payment experience, we offer the option of card payment through the Stripe system. Stripe enables easy payment with debit or credit cards, with maximum security of your data.

Advantages of card payment:

  • The payment confirmation process is instant, which enables faster order processing.
  • Stripe supports most popular cards, including Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, as well as Apple pay.

  

Purchase contract

The purchase contract between the buyer and the seller is considered concluded at the time of receipt of payment. In the case of cash on delivery, the contract is activated at the moment of delivery of the goods and payment by the courier.
